I want to share a secret with you.
I owned P90X for 2.5 years before I ever tried a single workout. While it sat collecting dust, I sat thinking there was no way I could ever do those workouts. I was too scared to even try.
And when I finally did push play (which was freaking scary!) I made it a whopping 30 days before all my good intentions got pummeled by real life. Sure, I'm a coach, and I love working out, but I'm a real person with a real life. I KNOW how easy it is to get off track. One day turns into 2, turns into 5, turns into 10, and then you're completely off your game.

The sad truth is, most people who purchased P90X never make it the full 90 days.
