Work with minimal oversight as Production Support Manager to deliver quarterly releases and adhoc/incident work on time and within budget. Fully accountable for delivery of priority enhancements and bug fixes to support Atlas-specific and larger Chubb initiatives without interruption to standard data warehouse operation or previously scheduled deliverables. Partner with source systems, business users, and downstream applications to deliver high quality, reliable data. Fast root cause analysis of production issues (initial response within 1 day); prioritize and deliver critical fixes as soon as feasible within system reload constraints. Serve as primary Point of Contact for 3 premium source systems, 2 claim source system, and 2 downstream Claims systems.
Manage three offshore development teams and an onshore team of Data Analysts, Developers, and Technical Leads through quarterly releases and adhoc incident resolution for an Enterprise Data Warehouse (Atlas) (7 internal and 20+ external resources).

Primary testing resource for the Atlas Data Warehouse to FRS Claims Posting Project. Directly managed and served as primary communicator for offshore development resources dedicated to the project. Developed reconciliation queries using SQL for financial and reporting attributes and completed "first pass" reconciliation to identify any discrepancies. Resolved discrepancies in implemented business rules for financial reporting attributes. Developed and maintained project documentation including Issue & Requirements Tracking, Source to Target Mapping, Testing Strategy, Project Timeline and High Level Milestones. Coordinated with other IT teams and business stakeholders.
