Stephanie's Professional Bio:
Stephanie holds a BS in Environmental Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a MS in Environmental Engineering & Water Resources from Villanova University. As a working professional with almost 10 years of experience in industries ranging from Environmental Consulting, Education, Public Sector, and Information Technology, she is well equipped to handle the unique set of challenges that working professionals face.
Stephanie followed her passion for health, wellness and work-life balance and became a board-certified Health Coach through the internationally recognized Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) in September of 2013. She has completed advanced studies through IIN’s Immersion Program and is a certified as a Life Coach through The Secret to Life Coaching.
Stephanie currently works as an independent Work Life Balance Coach. She is a complex problem solver and designer at heart and provides a systematic approach to helping her clients create healthier, more balanced lives.
Stephanie has been featured in The Huffington Post, MindBodyGreen, Tiny Buddha, and The Engineering Career Coach and has presented to large and small companies and professional groups including Verizon, Disney, KPMG, US NAVY, and the Association for Women in Science (AWIS).
Stephanie holds a 200-hr yoga teacher training certification, is an avid runner, and has fallen in love with lifting heavy things (aka weight lifting). She lives in a 150-year old row home in Philadelphia, PA with her husband.
